They also have overseen and produced numerous Television Broadcast specials and unique musical collaborations through Elder's recording productions. Over the last decade Elder's productions have been highly acclaimed and honored including "Peace Through Music Festival" and "International Friendship Festivals and "When Music Matters" to name a few. These productions have traveled the world, and have been broadcast to around the globe. As event producers Dawn Elder and her team have received some of the industry’s top awards and honors for bringing fresh and innovative ideas to their high profile events. Their clients range from individual weddings to Countries around the world to Corporate America. While global fusion productions are Elder's specialty, there are a vast number of other socially conscious events and projects over the years that she has created or played a significant role in. Elder also believes passionately that Music and the Arts are key to our bringing about cultural divide and bringing about better understanding between people from all walks of life.

As a skilled pianist and composer, Elder has always approached production from a musician’s perspective. This is one reason she has succeeded in bringing about groundbreaking collaborations between major artists from East and West, garnering her Grammy nominations, four national awards, and numerous honors for presenting them effectively to American audiences. As a music advisor, Dawn has worked extensively with American pop icons such as Quincy Jones, Sting, Lenny Kravitz, Carlos Santana and producer Don Was, who all collaborated with major Middle Eastern artists. Her essential role bringing artists together has led them to create hits. In addition, she has worked with artists from around the world, including Italy, Brazil, France, UK, South Asia, East Asia, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, Turkey, Spain, and Mexico.
